Version 2026-10-10-draft

DRAFT. This document is a working draft. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer yet and may change before submissions open.

In plain English

  • You must be 18 or older to have an account.
  • Use the site lawfully and respectfully; follow the Code of Conduct.
  • Submitting work does not guarantee it will be accepted, shown or paid.
  • We can remove content or close accounts that break these rules.
  • Disputes are handled under Michigan law.

1. Who we are

AIMoovieCreators.com and AIMoovies.com are operated by GenX Applied Technology LLC ("we", "us"). These Terms apply to both sites.

2. Accounts are for adults

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You must give your real full legal name and date of birth. One person per account; keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account and, on AIMoovies.com, for anyone in your household who uses it.

3. Acceptable use

Do not break the law, infringe anyone's rights, upload malware, scrape the sites, try to get around security or age controls, impersonate anyone, or harass anyone. The Code of Conduct is part of these Terms.

4. Submissions

Films, scripts and ideas you send are governed by the Creator Submission & License Agreement and, for scripts and ideas, the Idea / Script Submission Release. Sending something does not guarantee acceptance, festival selection, distribution, a development deal or payment.

5. Ratings

MoovieScale ratings are our own guidance, not MPA ratings. Creators self-rate; our reviewers confirm or change the rating.

6. Fees

Where a submission fee applies, the amount is shown before you pay. Fee rules (credit against earnings, the free second try, forfeiture) are in the Creator Agreement.

7. Removal and termination

We may remove content, re-rate it, or suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the law. You may close your account at any time.

8. Disclaimers and limits

The sites are provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Law and disputes

Michigan law governs these Terms. [Lawyer to confirm: arbitration or courts, venue, class-action waiver.]

10. Changes

We will post new versions with a new version date. If a change affects your rights, we will ask you to accept it again.
