Takedown notices

Send: your contact details; the work you own; where the infringing material is (URL); a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act; and your signature. Send it through the Report page with topic "Copyright". [Designated agent registration with the U.S. Copyright Office ($6) pending.]

Counter-notices

If your material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the details required by 17 U.S.C. 512(g).

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of repeat infringers.
